MY CAREER; HOSPITAL REHABILITATION GYMS, I HELP WITH ALL PATIENTS THERAPY IMPROVE LIFE DIAGNOSES BUT HAVE BEEN HAVING SURGERIES MYSELF. SHREDZ GYM; KINDEST NICE LOYAL TRAINER, DALTON. I DO RANGE OF MOTION, LITE WEIGHTS MACHINES, NOT ABLE TO BOUNCE, TEARY EYED LAST NITE. DALTON DEMOS EXERCISES FOR SAFE BODY MECHANICS. (May 20, 2018, 3:36 am)I have had the best experiance training with Arlette Kelley . She motivates me to push thru and keep showing up . The gym is super clean and nice. They always have good music lots of nice equipment and tons of positive energy . I definitely will refer everyone....
