  So Verizon has better network than ...?
  Yes, BUT:
  The 'better network' motto is NOT enough. It lead us to a wrongful thinking we've got everything we need from Verizon. A 'Servile Realism Sales and Marketing' devoid of mental satisfaction. That's when the human factor kicks in to shines the value of Verizon service. Thank you manager Lauren for the detailed and direct answers to all my questions, which helped me to switch to Verizon. Highly recommended professional without restrictions.

  Great service! The young lady at the front was super helpful. She took the time to fix my phone issues and answered every question I had. I’m usually far from pleased with the customer service at Verizon but I can say this one was the best one out of all the locations I’ve been to. Not the closest store but I will make the drive again next time.

  Came in today to switch from Sprint to Verizon Wireless! Had a great experience with the manager Sal, and the Mobile Expert Rod! Been with Sprint for 10 years, so happy I finally joined Verizon Wireless, they are saving me a lot of money!! This Sunnyvale location is the best store ever!
