I was referred to Dr. Mowlavi by a friend of mine who literally had come away from her surgery looking 20 years younger. 20!!! She looked incredible and raved up and down about him. My own experience with Dr. Mowlavi was also really amazing. The man is an artist, truly. He loves what he does and it shows on all the men and women he operates on. so far I have seen, referred and met about 7 different clients of his and they all look amazing. I love DR. Mowlavi and his staff. I would never consider going to anyone else.
I had a few consultations with various cosmetic surgeons when I was considering a full body lift. Each of these people seemed competent but something was missing. I did not understand the underlying reason for my concern until I consulted with Dr. Mowlavi at Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Institute.
From my first visit I was treated as one of the family by the Doctor and staff. Each person’s attitude was so warm and welcoming. The Doctor and staff spent considerable time answering my questions and thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know. I called multiple times with questions and it took me a while to decide to proceed. Doctor Mowlavi and staff were patient and continued to address all my questions or concerns. This was a key reason why I felt comfortable with my decision and choosing Dr. Mowlavi.
I was very nervous on the surgery date and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I was able to relax. The body lift which included breast augmentation and a tummy tuck was completed with a minimum of discomfort and my recovery was problem free. The care I received after the procedure was exceptional. I live 100 miles from the Doctor’s office but that did not interfere with the follow-up in any way. I received numerous calls from the Doctor and staff – many on the weekend following the procedure.
I was thrilled with the results – so much so – that I underwent a face lift, an eye lid procedure and liposuction during the months following. I have been equally pleased with each of these procedures.
My husband and adult daughter have also had various procedures from Dr. Mowlavi.

Dr. Mowlavi performed an upper blepharoplasty and fat transfer to correct a scar on my eye. I am very pleased with the results. No more upper eyelids sagging onto my eyelashes! Dr. Mowlavi and his entire team were wonderful. Claudia, the patient coordinator, was helpful in answering any questions I had and thoroughly explained pre-op and post-op instructions. Cammie and Mimi at the front desk were courteous and efficient and were prompt in returning calls. Dr. Mowlavi and James (surgical tech) genuinely cared about my treatment. Dr. Mowlavi is a very skilled and professional plastic surgeon. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend him.

ZFrom the initial consultation to the post operative follow ups, the doctor and staff were attentive and made me feel like I was their only client. Dr. Mowlavi has been professional, kind, caring, and compassionate, everything I needed in this very personal and intimate procedure.
