This place is amazing. I go to the 5:30am class & it definitely gets my day going in the right direction. It's fun, fast and hard.
I dislike exercise ???? however I have finally found something that works! I have been working out with Bobby for 5 months and have never felt so good between cross trading and boxing every session is new and exciting. I am never board and my energy is in full gear! My suggestion is try it once and you will be hooked.
Bobby knows how to work you at your level and gently raise the standard in a firm and effortless way. Very calm and friendly manner but rock solid professional.
