For the past seven years, I have been Dr. Park's patient. . Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I was highly recommended by my father, a now retired physician. I have been to other doctors (who were not very good) in the past, but none possessed the caring disposition or wisdom of Dr. Park. Upon my first appointment, immediately, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Park spends quality time with me, and I never feel rushed. She really wants to know how my joints are, how I'm feeling, my lifestyle, diet and medication are doing. Plus, she looks at options and you can intuitively sense she wants the best for her patients. She listens carefully and once, after understanding how poorly I was doing with one medication, she gave me options, one of which has worked very well. She wants me to do well and soar. Every time, I have called her for something urgent, she personally calls me back (a lot of offices have their assistants call)....I absolutely am so grateful for her, it is a joy and an honor being treated by her and today, I am successfully managing my condition. Further, her staff is fantastic. She has lovely assistants who are super nice, and helpful. (We have all had offices where the staff barely greet you).The office manager, Michelle, is top notch-super upbeat and friendly; Dr. Park's office definitely has that small-town friendly feel while being extremely professional. Dr. Park herself is a rare find, a physician who is both kind and equipped with a vast amount of knowledge and wisdom. .
Clear in her communications and takes plenty of time with you as a patient.
I have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, among other conditions, and i’ve been seeing Dr Park for more than 10 years now. She is just the best at what she does. With my disease almost everything is customized as to the treatments, care and medicines that I take. I’ve been in and out of hospitals and she always visits and collaborates with my other doctors as to next best step to keep my SLE at bay. I’ve always found her to be very attentive and sensitive to my needs. I have a lot of Specialists due to my many health problems and I consider myself to be very knowledgeable and immersed in my SLE than most patients. I have had to change doctors because I didn’t feel the care and concern or there was just no rapport. With Dr Park, I was really able to connect. I trust her very much and she has proven her professionalism and compassion time and time again through the many ups and downs of my condition. For more than a decade I’ve stayed with her because of this and more. I have been very happy with Dr Park and I highly recommend her.
I would also like to commend her staff, Michelle and Maria, for being kind, efficient and caring. They are a great team all in all.
I have been going to Dr. Park for about 4 years at 3 month intervals. In my 30 years with RA I have never had my symptoms controlled so well. I will continue to see her and recommend her anytime.
