I 👏👏👏 any company or business doing this, it may be a little inconvenient, but no where near as bothersome as a plastic bag strangling a sea turtle or stuck in a blow hole of a dolphin.

I went in for something to repair my cuticles, this weather and covid hand washing did a number on them. Sarah was an amazing help, gave me all the options, showed me her favorite and I was in and out in minutes. I never felt rushed but she had an answer and great suggestions for all my questions nor was she judgmental. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Sally’s! If I never need to go to one again I’ll make the slightly further drive to THIS one. Btw, the product worked wonders and my cuticles are no longer cracking, peeling and bleeding. I saved so much time and money by listening to her and taking her suggestions.
