Then her team helped guide us through the escrow process. Whenever I sent her a txt with a question, she was extremely responsive and kept us updated on progress.

We had not so great experience with our previous realtor, thank God I met Latrice DeLuna. She is so uptodate, knowledgeable, quick and friendly in her responses. She makes sure you will get a dream house under your budget!!! Loved her!!

Let me just say.. Latrice ROCKS. She made our homebuying experiencing easier than we could have imagined. After all the stories we'd been hearing about this seller's market, we were really nervous about what to expect. We looked hesitantly on our own for a few months, but the second we got serious about buying we were lucky enough to connect with Latrice. She helped us submit a competitive offer and make sure that it stayed in the game, including working with the seller's agent and connecting us with a great lender who was also responsive, quick, and helpful. She was also super wonderful about walking us through each step, and explaining anything we didn't understand or had concerns about. We're so happy with our new home, and super grateful that we had Latrice in our corner to make it happen!

This is a very personal review: I met Latrice while she was showing a condo, she helped her friend list. The moment I spoke to her I felt a connection with her was very helpful and had this caring/kind spirit about her. During that time, she assisted me with putting an offer, provided encouragement during a difficult time and assisted with inspection and confusing paperwork with this listing. Long story short this unit did not work for me, but I decided to ask Latrice to become my agent and she assisted me through my homebuying process and continually supported me and I felt very comfortable with her. I never felted pressured, I always felt that she was looking out for my best interest. In an era where great customer service is becoming a thing of the past, I really felt that Latrice provided an exceptional experience as my agent. She is honest and was on top of things and kept me informed. I will forever be grateful that she was put in my path during the most important purchase I’ve taken yet.

Latrice is an amazing realtor, but more than that she is absolutely amazing period. She is so genuine, so kind, and she handles everything you’d hope for and more. She goes out of her way to make sure her client is happy and she will always prioritize you! I would recommend her to anyone and I’ve already told many friends about her.
