I have been searching for the right quality hybrid mattress at a comfortable price range and Joshua from the Murfreesboro Mattress Firm helped to guide me through a learning experience with knowledge, patience ( lots of it too) and integrity. I didn't even get to his store until nearly 6pm closing time and his professional display is why I chose to do business with Mattress Firm.

long story short, back is destroyed from my current mattress I’m sleeping on. I have been saving for the day to spend a good chunk on a mattress. I did not even walk into mattress firm but knew exactly what mattress I wanted and because of their 120 day price match/fix policy is what drew me to the store. I called and Jason helped me. He went way above a beyond being honest about pricing, delivery options, and how to get the mattress as soon as I possible can. This was one of the best sales interactions I have had in a long time and from a MATTRESS STORE….. highly recommended this store even though I never stepped foot in it but just my phone conversation made me a customer for life. This afternoon we purchased a mattress from Joshua. He greeted us politely upon entering the store and was eager to answer any questions we had - ranging from types of mattresses, the best value, and even how quickly we could get one shipped to our home. We had our rambunctious toddler and hungry baby with us and he remained gracious. We were able to leave the store with a high quality mattress at an excellent price for our family. They are amazing! I have been searching for a queen Purple mattress everywhere! Jason at Mattress Firm, went above and beyond for us! He found the last one they had at their warehouse and had it shipped FREE to me the very next day! He also held his promise to a deal for a free base that was made originally. I cannot say enough how customers are always treated with respect and they are so friendly and helpful! Even the delivery guys were respectful of our home and made sure I was happy!
