Storm MMA and Training Center

I joined Storm pre covid and really enjoyed all of the kickboxing classes offered. The coaches are all great and each class is so different and fun. The time goes by so fast that it doesn’t feel like a workout. I even started to get into the personal training sessions before everything came to a close.

Earlier this year I wanted to come back but was a little hesitant to do so. Damon and all of the Storm staff were so nice and accommodating. I was able to have my personal training sessions outdoors where I felt more comfortable. Henry is a great trainer and is very knowledgeable. He also helped me with nutrition tips and made me feel more confident in my abilities. Thank you Storm!!

I was iffy about starting my boxing and mma training journey, but with enough convincing they brought me into the gym and I immediately felt at home. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the workouts are killer!! It’s amazing how they have a different variety of classes available and its easy to book a class. I really recommend this gym to my friends and family and anyone else who needs that push to start working toward a goal!

Joining this gym has been a game changer. I belonged to 24 Hour for 17 years and never had the type of workout I get now. I am truly challenged in each class and love that I can feel myself getting stronger everyday. Each class is a unique workout that keeps my routine fresh.The staff are all welcoming, know me by name, and even ask how I am doing (and they actually care). During the lockdown, the coaches provided daily workouts that helped me not gain the quarantine 15. I love this gym!!!!

I joined the gym a couple months ago to cross train and just maintain general balance for my half-marathon/marathon work. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Signing up is easy. Scheduling classes is easy. Everyone is cordial and professional. The facility is the right size and other members are supportive, while maintaining their distance.

I’m a smaller person (5’ 8” distance runner) and normally not a fan of the gym atmosphere. I’m not there to get big and have never felt self-conscious when workin out. Coaches and Trainers work with where you’re at and get you where you wanna be.

Though I haven’t been by in a few weeks, this place is the cleanest gym/training center I’ve ever been in outside my own private alma mater. Their sterilization and sanitation processes are medical grade. It’s as safe of a place as you can possibly ask for in today’s world and well into future ones. This place is doing everything right.
