Honestly, in a time of sorrow, McCormick & Son goes above and beyond to comfort the family. They make the process easy and take care of all arrangements that a grieving family would need. I cannot say enough good things about the helpful staff, especially Michael and Stacie. Thank you all for taking care of my father.
If I could give this mortuary more stars I would. They made the experience of losing a loved one bearable with everything they did for us. Thank you McCormick family for taking such good care of us at such a sorrowful time.
What can I possibly ever say or do to repay McCormick & Son for EVERYTHING they did for our family. They were more than accommodating, understanding, helpful, empathetic, the list goes on. Dealing with a loved one passing is already hard on its own but having McCormick & Son to help ease the process and help the transition run smoother was a blessing to our family. Thank you McCormick family.
I called McCormick & Son first just to inquire about what would be involved in burying my son. I spoke with Joal and mentioned that I would be meeting with Fairhaven first since my parents were buried there. He patiently answered my questions and said to call him back if I had still any questions after meeting with Fairhaven. I was very disappointed in how cold Fairhaven was, their prices, and the fact that they couldn't arrange the burial on the date we preferred. I called Joal back and he was able to arrange everything from prepping my son's body for burial, recommending El Toro Memorial Park for his burial site, and most importantly arranging the ceremony and burial on the date we preferred. The ceremony and burial were very beautiful and it really helped having Joal and the McCormick staff take care of everything, including the grave marker. Joal was a godsend and I would recommend this mortuary to anyone needing to bury a loved one.
My father passed away in January after a brief illness. His passing wasn't really expected so I had to scramble to get things done. My father was a retired Marine and qualified for Veterans benefits and burial in a National Cemetery. I saw on McCormick's website that they were familiar with the process so I gave them a call. I initially spoke with Joel and he was fantastic to deal with. He took the time to answer all my questions even though I was a little scatter-brained at the time. The next day I went into the mortuary with my mother and we spoke with Rebecca McCormick. She was polite, understanding and caring through the entire process which went off seamlessly. Quite frankly it was easier, smoother and less expensive that I had expected. I highly recommend their services.
