I highly recommend South Coast Chem Dry! From the phone call to schedule the service to the on-time arrival and completion of the work, the experience was positive. Jordan told us the cost before beginning work. He cleaned the carpeting in three bedrooms and several upholstered pieces of furniture. Everything came out really well. We will definitely call them again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Great service. Jimmy arrived on time, provided me with an estimate of the cost of what I requested before starting -- which was about what I had expected. He let me know what additional services they recommend, based on the condition of my carpet, all at reasonable prices. No hard sales or bait and switching! The guys came in and did a great job cleaning the carpets throughout our house. The whole experience was great from the initial phone call to make the appointment to final completion of the cleaning. The carpets look great now! Thanks guys!

Always show up ontime for our carpet cleaning and do a PROFESSIONAL job! I have tried many other carpet cleaners in the area but this is by far the best quality and is why I am now a customer for life!
