This is a Whoohoo as good as it gets moment! If I could give this company more stars I would.
Hands down, Donna and Tom know how to run a business and do it with sheer excellence! They are meticulous and precise in every aspect of the business. After contacting a couple of other companies I kind of gave up because the pricing was obnoxiously high and unaffordable even with the discounts. I'm the average consumer and haven't bought blinds for a long time so I lost hope that I would be able to purchase anything or I'd have to jerry rig it in order for it to happen.
You yelpers out there came to the rescue because after a few weeks for racking my brain how this would work I looked once again on Yelp and took your reviews seriously. I knew on first contact that this was the place to go. They actually gave me inspiration and hope that there was a way I could get the blind i wanted without going over my budget and did just that. That exceeded my expectations and threw me for a loop because it felt like one of those too good to be true situations.
They are some of the nicest business people I have ever met with (truly friendly like your next door neighbor). .Donna and Tom actually care about their customers and don't switch and bait you with a fee for every little thing. This honestly was the most easy peasy transaction I have ever done and the best purchase I think I've ever made. It was a no pressure, here is what we offer type of meeting and there wasn't any type of sales pitchy quotas.
i'm mesmerized by this blind because it's just PERFECT! It actually is better than I imagined it to be. I was never crazy about the clay pot color ever, but I really wanted something colorful to pop and I LOVE IT to pieces! What a difference it makes!
This company is a RARE GEM and a KEEPER at that! It's like the too good to be true actually does exist with no strings attached. Just good people giving the quality everyone deserves.

I downsized and had my whole townhouse shuttered . The shutters are beautiful and the installers were fantastic Their pricing is quite fair as I had a couple of estimates and they won! A definite !!!!
