  Every time time I have been to this location it’s been a great experience. After today the patience the teller had and respect for a customer who was being rude and inpatient to Arnold. The customer told him to zip it. Arnold stayed polite the whole time stayed professional. He knew when to let another person to step in. Arnold has always been the most polite person with my personal account and when I have to do business account for my work. Thank you to this location.

  Bill and his team were great! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Installation was done perfectly and we are already getting compliments from our guests. Bill was very quick to answer any of my calls or questions. We have already given their information out to several friends, family and clients. I would highly recommend this company!

  We hit the jackpot when we happen to Stumble on Crown Valley Flooring and met Rick and Bill. Rick did a fabulous job in helping us select quality flooring and carpeting for our home. The crew he used for demo and installation were fast, professional and completed the job in the time quoted. The level of craftsmanship was above and beyond what we could have imagined.
  We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and can’t stop staring at our beautiful flooring. We feel like we have a brand new home.

  So happy now! My prior contractor did a mediocre job years back and cut corners so I've lived with trying to ignore all the imperfections. This time around, I am so glad I found Bill and Rick to consult with. Both are knowledgeable and professional, plus I was surprised by the overall value. I love how my flooring looks thanks to their recommendations and attention to detail. Now my 2,000+ Sq Ft of hard wood looks amazing.
  I would certainly use them again in the future and highly recommend that anyone who needs flooring to check them out. Thank you Crown Valley Flooring!

  Bill and Rick were truly exceptional, not only giving us the best price for our wood floor, but on follow up and service. When we had a concern about the bull nose trim to our stairs matching the new flooring, they responded immediately and even went back to the warehouse to personally select a better match. Then, due to an error in the original estimate by our contractor, they were able to find a way to take back the five extra boxes of flooring we didn’t need. I highly recommend using Crown Valley Flooring and would use them again in a second.

  When remodeling our Coto de Caza home, Rick help design and pick out the perfect textiles for our floors.
  Marble in the formal entry, patterned and matching colored carpet for living room and stairs, carpet in all of our bedrooms, wood floors upstairs and wood tile downstairs. Installation was seamless, price was WELL within our budget and from start to finish he was on top of everything, can't recommend a better owner. Here are some pics.
