If it something they can take care of, it is fine right away. If you need to speak with a service advisor, they will let them know you’re waiting. Once the advisor comes to check in, it is quick and seamless. Would recommend them to ANYONE!!! These guys are all amazing!!!

They do a great job making me feel as though I am a VIP every time I am there. I would recommend anyone to LNMB especially Josh for any service needs.

From being greeted once I drive up to the excellent service and follow up from our advisor Cesar, to the ease and getting a loaner car when needed, we are very impressed. Cesar has excellent customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with.
