  The Mcguire team is amazing! When I was faced with the challenge of selling a large high value home only steps from the beach in Dana Point, the McGuire team was NOT my first call. I called my previous realtor, a friend who I trust implicitly, but the circumstances made it clear that I had to keep looking for someone with tremendous experience in the area, price range, and some unique and delicate challenges associated with the sale that required expert navigation. I conducted an exhaustive interview process looking into the McGuire Team’s history, current sales statistics, and references. When asked about sales statistics, Lori was genuinely excited that I asked the question. I was promptly provided detailed historical stats, and Lori proudly and immediately opened up her realtime listing/sales dashboard showing me the entire year to date progress against their sales goals and all their open listings. The references provided were among the most enthusiastic references I have ever spoken with in any industry, and everything they said was spot-on with my experience. The McGuire Team is also truly a team. My main reservation around their business model was that after we signed the listing we would not have access to Lori, and just be one of several listings while Lori works to close the next listing. That was not the case at all with me or her references. These folks are an an extremely well organized team with seamless realtime communication, and Lori was always just a phone call/ text message away. When they say they care personally, it’s not a sales pitch, they mean it.

  Wow! This is our 5th time using Lori and her team for buying and selling. Each experience has been amazing and educational and smooth. As buyers and sellers, there are times during the process when we become stressed and worried. Lori and her team are available 24/7 to answer questions, put your mind at ease, and explain to you every step of the way! It’s a wonderful, safe feeling knowing the McGuire Team is with you all the way! Even though this move took us to North Carolina, I am certain we will still stay in contact with Lori and I know she will still be available to us forever! She’s become like family!

  Jeanine assisted my fiance and I in purchasing our first home and I couldn't praise her more. She was thorough, helpful, responsive, and guided us through the entire process. She assisted us in negotiations, answered our many many questions, and really helped us manage the twists and turns of the escrow process.   Lori McGuire and all of her team are a pleasure to work with. I interviewed 6 brokers before selecting Lori McGuire. Lori provided the best selling price, marketing strategy, presentation and our first offer was full price in 11 days on the market. Further Lori knew how to prepare for the appraisal to assure that our property appraised for full price. Lori has assembled a very professional and courteous team that helped us through the entire process. I believe that Lori and her group went above and beyond during the whole process. If we ever have any other real estate business to take care of in the south County, Lori will be our first and only call.
