I have unfortunately had to have 3 root canals and my husband one and we both have had a wonderful experience. Dr. McNicholas is not only extremely gentle and kind that you can't believe you have had a root canal. He always informs you of what he is going to do and apologizes in advance if he thinks it might be painful. Of course, it is NOT! I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. McNicholas and do frequently. His staff is just as concerned as he is and are very friendly and helpful. If there were 100 stars for rating, he would get 110.
