  I lived there for hella lmao years and it was pretty gud but they put trees where i used to play soccer so they got rid of the only thing we used to do outside.

  We have lived at Forest Glen for a year and 6 months now and are very happy with our decision to live here.
  
  We picked Forest Glen originally because it is a smaller community with a lot of families living here (not a frat boy haven). We also liked the landscaping, full of trees that provide a woodsy feel. The family atmosphere helps us feel safe and at home.  Although, safe is pretty much a given, Lake Forest as a whole is a very safe place to live.  Part of this family atmosphere is kids playing outside and having fun.  If you would rather a huge community where nobody knows each other and the pricey amenities are never actually used, by all means, move along.  However, if you want an actual community feel where people look out for one another, this is the place for you.
  
  The apartments are HUGE for the price.  We toured many apartments before deciding on Forest Glen, and per sq. ft, you get the best bang for your buck here.  We have never had a parking issue.  We have a covered parking spot with a storage bin, and our second car is parked in the overflow parking.  It has never been any trouble getting a spot inside, and even if there was, there is ample street parking.
  
  The location is ideal, close to the 5 and 405 connection, lots of shops and stores, and minutes from Saddleback Hospital and Medical Center.
  
  The main asset to this property is courteous, prompt service by management.  We have never had a major issue, but any minor issue has been dealt with quickly and great care.  The property manager, Susie, is super friendly and professional and takes pride in her community.  She responds to emails and calls within an hour or two at most and does her best to solve all issues within the day.  The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and prompt.  We feel like we are in good hands with people who care about us!

  We stayed there for 8 months and never had a complaint. The management is very good. I never had major issues because the apartments are well maintained but even at every call the staff was there. The service is very quick and excellent. I cant remember the managers name now as its been a while, but he was among the nicest people I have ever met. Gated and secure and very quiet and peaceful. We loved staying there.

  I and my wife are staying in this apartment complex and we are fully satisfied. I lived in various cities and I have seen many complexes. So I know what I am talking.
  I don't write reviews but when I saw 2 negative reviews out of 2, I decided to give my honest feedback.
  
  Whenever I will move I would pack Josh and my neighbors with my bags and take them with me. People are respectful to one another here.
  
  It is very well maintained small community. Grounds are well kept. They have nice clean swimming pool and spa. Two laundry rooms with working washers and dryers, nothing is broken. I always got couple of machines free. Now let’s talk about parking. Every apartment comes with one carport and small storage and nobody ever encroached in our carport. Also there is ample of open parking. So invite your friends without worry.I think parking alone can earn additional stars for them. Also there is a Lawn, Grill and Gazebo near pool.
  
  Apartment unit is of good size. True 720 Sq Ft unit feels quite spacious. Lot many closets. Good quality paint on walls. We got apartment with new carpet and new countertops in kitchen and bathroom. All appliances are working well. More than enough power points in every room. Fairly big patio facing pool.
  
  No roaches No Rodents! Not in apartments not in common area..
  
  Neighborhood is also great, School is near, park is near, lot many stores and restaurants on El Toro. OCTA stops just around the corner. Indian grocery store is less than 2 miles away.
  Now you tell me, how can I cry.. Ohh they are so bad they didn’t give me chance to complain :D
  Now about Josh, The property Manager.. He is gem of a person; always go the extra mile to help residents. On our move-in day our flight got delayed by 3 hrs and we reached the community 1 hr after their closing time. Josh patiently waited for us, welcomed us with smiling face. He helped us to move in to our apartment. Literally lend his hand, helped us with our luggage. Now tell me who does that! And after that he completed the paperwork and was willing to wait and do move-in inspection also. You need to be in wonderland for this to happen.
  Management and maintenance crew are super! They are always attentive to any requests and all issues were promptly taken care of. Not only are they efficient, but they really care about the people who live here. Come here to stay, you won’t regret. BTW rent is also very competitive considering size of apartment. :)
