Give Russ a raise. Due to the nature of my work I can be very busy sometimes, fortunately Russ was very flexible with me. Had to take some of his thanksgiving time to help me out. I arrange a pre-purchase inspection from a mobile mechanic, and they were very accommodating and made the entire process quick and easy.

I had a great pleasant experience with Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch. Took my car for service A3, and break pad replacement. They provided me with a comprehensive report by email, and asked for my approval to take care of the repair. Also installed my new CA plates, and washed the car for free; not to mention they gave me loaner car until my car was ready.
David, was very nice and responsive. He even checked in with me later to see if I need any other help.
I definitely recommend this place.
