The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful. After buying my storage I stated I would return with my own lock directly the next day. When I wasn't able to he went out of his way to call me and let me know he put a store lock on my storage just to secure the couple things I had in there till I could get down there with a lock. I think this was very kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciate his help.

I've been to more storage places than I can remember but this one by far takes the win! After going through a pure hell situation with my prior place it was so nice to be treated with kindness and respect. They know what they're doing and truly care about us customers. They're 24 hours which is very convenient and feel completely safe alone.

I want to commend Barry at 2025 S. Holly St. and thank him for helping me when our storage unit was broken into recently. Barry was able to pull up video of the person breaking in, as well as videos of her car, plus other important information about her. With his help and attention to detail, I have no doubt that the police will catch her. I feel that with Barry managing the facility, it is safe and closely monitored.

My company has been doing business with SSS for many years and couldn't be happier! Barry goes out of his way to make sure we are well taken care of and the rates are competitive!
