“This is a great place that I have been coming to for 8 years. It is a great place to take your little ones from the age of 3-6. It is also a great place for kids that are older as well. You can learn a lot of things such as discipline, respect, self- control, self- defence, and tecnince. In addition the prices are great. I also know that the kickboxing classes are amazing and great for workout. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to do things ranging from karate or kickboxing.”

After researching other gyms from orange theory to Pilates, I tried this class. I was done! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength training and I look forward to the next class... like really, I can’t wait to come back!!!! I’m the girl that has NEVER worked out before... just blessed with a fast metabolism so I never bothered... I’d meet a friend to trial a gym and then convince my friend to leave after 5 minutes to go eat!!! But after coming to Red Zone with Master D, I have so much fun in each class!!! The classes aren’t too big and everyone here is awesome!!! After only 5 classes, I’ve already seen a difference in my body, my ability, and how I feel!!!! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to get a GREAT workout and feel happier about their body!”
