  Shopped around various stores in OC and Bill at The Finishing Touch was the most responsive and competitive not to mention honest. We had almost the whole house redone with vinyl laminate flooring. The crew had their work cut out for them as half of house had to have ceramic tile removed and needless to say, the tile contractor had used some type of resin bonding agent so the tiles did not pop out. They had to grind down the mortar before the laminate could be laid down. The crew was great and courteous. Showed up on time and stayed late on a few days because of tiles. Never have seen such a hard working crew rarely taking a break even for lunch. I was quoted by another big flooring company that it would take 5 days and these guys did it in 4. Could have been 3 if not for the tiles.
  
  Would highly recommend going to visit this family owned business that has been around for a long time. You get treated like you are a valuable customer from sales to installation.

  Philip and his team are the best you will find. His professionalism and quality service is top notch. Most importantly he is a great person and has a great company. I am a forever customer! You won’t regret making the appointment!

  Finishing Touch is a true family business that does what is best for the client! They are extremely genuine and are always looking for the best designs to fit every clients unique situation. They are up to date on the current style trends, extremely helpful, and provide the top flooring options! It was a pleasure doing business with them for 4 years!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Finishing Touch Flooring. I had been searching for the right company for a few months and after speaking to Mr. Dave Johnson (one of the owners) I felt I had come to the right place. I was not disappointed. After the initial contact it took a few more months for everything to be in place as I was having painting done as well. They never lost interest in my project and when the time came - everyone representing Finishing Touch delivered beyond my expectations. I had my floors refinished as well as installed new carpeting -- I love everything.
  You couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to choose. I give them an A++.
