DMES Medical Supply Store Los Alamitos

Went a rented a knee scooter from them today. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices too. I was impressed and will be back although hopefully not needed.

My dad had an unexpected heart surgery last week and we knew with his home coming he would need something comfortable to recover on. Adrian Ioja was SO helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right type of chair for my dad. He really took his time to ask me the right questions and gave me so much information about what was best for him. Not only was the chair affordable but adrian had delivered the very next day after I ordered it.

I had called another Medical supply store prior to calling DMES and they tried to sell me on a chair that only had 3 positions for the same price that we got an infinite position chair at DMES.

I will be going her for all of my families medical supply needs from now on. It really shows that DMES really cares about their customers.

Very helpful staff and well stocked store. I purchased a Hill-Rom hospital bed from their Huntington Beach store and I was happy they have a store in Los Alamitos. My doctor is here and I needed compression socks for me and bathroom stuff for dad. Highly reccomend this outfit.

WONDERFUL staff and AMAZING PRODUCTS!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH to Lisa and Adrian for all your help!! I called looking for something that would help my mom who suffers from a SEVERE form of arthritis. They suggested the Laser Touch One, and then directed me to the Los Alamitos store, where Amol greeted me with a smile and had the product waiting for me. He was VERY friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the product to me, and show me how to use it properly. Even though I had seen wonderful reviews about this product, I was a bit skeptical because her condition is so severe. She has NO cartilage left in here body; her joints are strictly bone on bone. Extremely painful and no cure! I was in tears when she called me to say she was able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain!! This is the first time in years that she has had any relief from the pain. She called it her "miracle worker"!! I never expected such amazing results. I would recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain. I am amazed at how well it works and I can not put into words how wonderful it is to hear my mom sound happy again! Thank you DMES for your outstanding staff and amazing products!!!

I recently visited DMES medical supply store to look for a wrist brace. I found them online and decided to visit them since they were close to my work. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them if you are looking for good local medical supply store.
