StepX Extreme Results

I have been going to this class for several months now. It is the best workout that I have ever had. The music is good and the instructor is so motivating that the hour is so quick. I highly recommend this class to anyone, men and women!!

I love these classes! Keri the owner/trainer is super motivating and makes exercising fun! The classes are full body, low impact on a stair stepper plus she incorporates weights and different exercises for overall toning, muscle gain and weight loss. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, upbeat place to workout and get results!

LOVE this place! Keri is amazing. She gives an excellent workout every time, and she keeps it fun. She takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Since joining StepX, I have not only been losing weight, but I am stronger than I have ever been in my life. My husband and I just love how friendly and welcoming everyone is. StepX has completely changed our lives and we can’t thank Keri enough.

I joined StepX with no expectations. I’ve always done strength training with little to no cardio at all and I’ve just been slowly getting back to working out after a bad injury so I was not even sure I was going to survive a class. BUT, 7 months later and 12 lbs lighter, I can honestly say StepX made me fall in love with working out all over again! Is it the music? Is it the members? Is it Keri? It’s all of the above!!! The music provides this high energy atmosphere and just makes you want to keep going. The members are always happy to come to class and very encouraging. And Keri? What can I say? She’s awesome! She is so inspiring and always brings out the best in you – each and every class! I want to be like her when I grow up 😊! Thank you StepX for coming to my life!

I don’t even know where to start! StepX has been such a positive experience. I started going June 2021 and have been addicted since. Kerri is such an awesome coach. I feel so fortunate to be part of the StepX community. The class is 60 minutes of hard work, but so much fun. I’m 34 years old and have never been consistent with an exercise program until StepX. ❤️ Best part is that I feel healthier and stronger! I love StepX!
