  I called several pest control companies, Patti at Sentinel was the only one of five that took the time to ask me questions about the pests, and what we had done on our own to get rid of them, then educated me on the issue. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable! She told me about the chemicals they would use, all of which were safe for kids. She sent me an order confirmation for the next day, and a detailed email with a picture of the technician who would be coming to our home...Josh was the technician and he was equally friendly and professional! Their pricing was better than the others as well.

  We have received excellent service from Sentinel Pest Mgt. Before finding them we had a constant battle with spiders and ants. Since 2013 when they began regular service to our home we haven’t had any issues at all which is a huge blessing! Thank you for the great job you do for us. Kelly & Dawn Johnson

  I was freaked out about my bug problem and Patti totally put my mind at ease during our first phone call. I’ve had 2 services so far and both technicians (Jon and TBall) were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and also put my mind at ease when I vented about my bug problem. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing and the cost is so reasonable!!! And they’re so accommodating – Patti sent her assistant to my house to pick up a spider I caught and she told me during our first phone call that I could send pictures of bugs to her cell phone and she would research them for me! I recommend Sentinel 100%!!

  Awesome company, you can't go wrong. Patti and T-Ball are the best. We get a lot of spiders around the house and T-Ball does what he does best, kills them! My daughter is scared to death of the spiders and is always excited when T-Ball is coming to help keep her safe.
