  Amazing service!!! The peson i talked to before going was very friendly and great at explaining everything . I got a great deal for my tires! When i arrived the person at the front desk was also very helpful. I forgot his name but i saw that his last name was Hernandez. I highly recommend this place!

  We have been going to Ramona Tire Service center for years. We love the exceptional service and kindness we get from this business. They are always ready to help!! What I really love is that they are honest and trustworthy. Our car wouldn't start after my husband replaced the battery. We took it down to them and they told us the battery was not hooked up tight enough. They fix it in minutes! They could have told it needed an expensive fix, but again they were completely honest which saved us potentially hundreds of dollars! We won't go anywhere else!! Thank you Ramona and manager Brian.   Ramona Tire and Service Center were a life saver! I was grabbing lunch at the next door strip mall and when I returned , had a complete flat on one of my tires. I had a portable inflator but it just would not inflate. I got lucky that these guys were right around the corner and I slowly pulled in to get the tire fixed. Brian and Donny were awesome and got someone to work on it relatively quickly given they were super busy and repaired the flat sooner than I expected. Oscar identified another leak from some previous patch job and was able to get that taken care of as well. So really happy with the attention to detail while on the job. Excellent customer service from these guys and definitely recommend this place for your tire needs. I know I will be back. Thanks again Brian and Donny and Oscar!

  Have some big ol chunky tires on our Tacoma, and some low profiles on our Honda, both cars are serviced from this establishment. They are INCREDIBLE! Prompt, professional, and lowest prices around for what you get, they will also earn or advise against certain things or products if they think you can do better or something is unnecessary, but are not pushy. This store goes above and beyond and Alex is a manager who cares about the integrity of the employees, the shop, the work, and the customers first and foremost. From front to back they are a team I trust and won’t take our cars or trucks anywhere else. For the off-road enthusiast or import tuner they do camber and castor alignments as well which most places do not. They are an overall GREAT team with great standards and great communication and customer care as well as knowledge of cars and what they are doing
