I was sick and not sure what to expect when I went to CareNow Urgent Care. It was a shorter wait than the Dr. office. Everybody was very nice and professional. They got me through the cycle quickly and painless. Highly recommend!

Even though there was a 3 hour wait the staff was very professional and pleasant from the front desk to everyone in the back. The Nurse Practionier was able to determine how best to treat my illness after ordering x-rays. She took time to examine and listen to me regarding my concerns.

Walked in without an appointment still got in within an hour, better than an ER visit where you wait for hours. The receptionist was very patient and kind helping us people of a certain age 😉 check in on our phones. Care staff listened and was professional and thorough. Great experience, thank you.

After getting the run-around at a different urgent care, I ended up at this location after a very lovely conversation with Julie at the front desk. The entire staff, from Julie, to the X-Ray tech, to the NP, Jessica, were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They took care of me quickly (even though I was a walk-in), and I had a great visit.

Had to make a appointment because my Dr wasn't available I set my appointment up online and only had to wait 45min to get in and I considered that awesome considering the time of year. Once I got in I was diagnosed and out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. I was a little skeptical about going to urgent Care but this one was above and beyond great service.

Staff at this pharmacy have been amazing on two different occasions in unusual situations. The first was filling a prescription for a very expensive medication following my ankle/foot surgery. A friend had gone to pick it up and called me to let me know the medication was $2500! She put the pharmacist on the phone and after hearing my story he was able to use a coupon for the medication so my payment was only a $25 copay. The second was a purchase for a bath transfer device for my 92-year-old mother that had been recommended by a caregiver. When I got it home it was obvious for her situation it would not work. They took it back and refunded my purchase quickly and easily. The staff truly care about their customers and it shows!

I transferred my compound medications to this pharmacy when I moved to OC. They are very quick on making sure my prescriptions are ready on time and always call me in advance to pick it up. I'm so glad I made the switch over. I highly recommend them.
