Our salesman Robert T. was awesome. Very low pressure and informative. We’d been to several dealerships where there was a lot of pressure put on to pile on extras with the obvious goal to pump up the price of the car. With Volvo Cars MV we bought our car for the advertised price with no hassle. Highly recommend this dealership! They even called the next day to check on us, to see if we had any questions, and to ask how we liked our new car. Great follow-up!

Excellent Customer service. I reached out with interest in a certified XC90 and Dana Delmarmol was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for me as I was driving from an hour away. I had never driven a Volvo but after a lot of research was very interested in seeing and driving one. My appointment was with Ben Hirshman and he was so helpful and patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the vehicle. I test drove the car and Ben even helped me look at an Audi Q7 at their partner Audi dealership as that was what I was originally looking to purchase. Ben spent over an hour of one on one time with me, was so easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Well, after my thorough comparison I decide to purchase my very first Volvo. The transaction from that point on was quick and easy. They meet my desired price on the my trade in and the XC90. Before I left I was introduced to Chris Lanza and he was also so kind and wanted to make sure I was highly satisfied with my experience. I absolutely Love my certified 2019 XC90 ❤️ I highly recommend this Dealership, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. We had an issue with our new Volvo not connecting to maps or any of the connected services. I brought our car by for someone to take a look and the service manager, Dave, was immediately supportive. He quickly identified the issue and said it would be resolved in a few hours. They were busy so I was exceptionally thankful and happy with their willingness to fix the issue. Their service solidifies our happiness with the purchase of the new car. Thank you!!

Cannot beat this dealership! Absolutely amazing car buying experience. They were transparent, courteous and attentive. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
