  I don't know how my review disappeared, but Dr Prattes is amazing and truly cares for his patients. I've moved away and still consider traveling hundreds of miles to have him as my doctor.

  Dr. Prattes and his staff are great. He has been my primary care physician for many years and has always provided the best care, and treatment during every visit over a range of issues over the years. . He is adamant about yearly blood work and he remembers your history. He is one of those rare general practitioners who treat you like a person instead of a commodity. A few years ago I was in a car accident over the weekend, but chose not to go to the hospital. By Monday I was in pain. His office got me in immediately and I was sent for x-rays across the street. He had the results within an hour (4 broken ribs). He treated me for broken bones which took six months to mend and he remembers all of my conditions and past injuries. My old manila file is fat, I think he only needs it to check on most current blood work. He has kept me well for many years. Dr. Prattes treats the whole person, and takes the time to see the whole person. The office is efficient. “If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic mixed with common sense then Dr. Prattes is someone you should consider visiting.”

  Dr. Prattes has been my Doctor for over 25 years. I highly recommend him and his staff.
  
  I was diagnosed with lung cancer when I was only 37 years old. Because of Dr. Prattes' due diligence, it was caught at stage one. I'm still here 22 years later to tell you about it. He saved my life!
  
  Dr. Prattes can be quite serious but don't let that fool you. He's caring, compassionate, and very good at what he does.
  
  His staff is dedicated too. His assistant Sandy, and office manager Sea, have both been there as long as I can remember. It's like a family.

  Dr. Prattes is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He takes time to understand how you feel and asks questions without reservations. I do not visit him often because I am generally very healthy but whenever I visit him I feel like he is a relative of mine. Christina-the Nurse is very polite and gentle. She makes me feel better. This is my Doctor's office of choice!
  
  On the other hand, one of the older assistants in not nice at all. She is rude and makes you feel stupid at times. She gets away with it due to her age but that is not an excuse. I learnt to make her understand that I know my rights and that she cannot treat me as she pleases.
