Whether we're managing appointments and insurance with the front desk, sharing our medical concerns with her phenomenal assistant Melissa, or being examined by Dr. Orr, we are confident that we are in the best hands and that she and her staff will do what it takes to remedy whatever it was that initiated our visit. While visiting with Dr. Orr it's as if I am her ONLY concern and that nothing and no one exists outside the examination room. Logically, I know Dr. Orr has other patients to attend to, but she make me feel as if I'm her only patient and spends as much time with me as my medical concern requires. In my short sixty years of seeing doctors I have never experienced anything like it. Anyone can find and pay for a competent doctor, but it's a rarity to discover someone who excels AND genuinely cares.
