“The hotel stay was wonderful. Check-in was smooth, customer service was very good, and the condition of the hotel was fine. Of special note was the complimentary breakfast. While the same menu items were served every day, there was the ability to have the attendant make an omelet or eggs prepared your way. The real plates and silverware where a very nice addition. Please expand that to the coffee and juice cups. Also, if city building code allows it, please provide a doorway leading to the stairwell from the first floor. My wife and I prefer to walk the stairs between our room and the first floor and to avoid the elevator (more exercise and less electricity use). As it was, we had to exit the hotel and re-enter into the stair well each time. The pool and hot tub were very nice too.”
