  Jennifer was superb, very professional who answered all our questions in a timely manner, she sent us all the required information for the rental vehicle.
  Although we did not rent an RV due to last minute family plans changes, we will contact 1st Choice RV as soon as we plan our next trip..

  We recently rented for a trip to Yosemite and had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and Lupita. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to help us within our busy schedule. The RV was in good condition and the family was able to enjoy our trip without obstacles.

  This is my 4th time renting from 1st Choice RV and my experience was as good as ever. Alex did my walk through and check out and was great. Getting in and out was quick and efficient and he explained everything very well.
  My RV had a couple of minor problems while I was camping, but Joey was incredibly helpful. He answered my texts right away and did trouble shooting with me until the issue was solved.
  I will absolutely be renting from them again! Thanks 1st Choice! You are the best!

  It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to rate 1st Choice RV. I had a great hassle free experience. The first part of picking and securing the RV on line was easy. I received confirmation emails and a courtesy phone call a week before departure to ensure I had everything squared away. Picking up the RV was easy and informative. The associate was knowledgable and assisted me with all questions. The RV was new and extremely clean. I did not have any problems while on the trip. The drop off was easy as well. I would highly recommend 1st Choice RV to anyone. Also, if you are new to the RV experience, they have great educational videos on their website. Very friendly and competent company. Get out there and use them!!!

  We rented for Stagecoach 2016 and had a great experience with 1st Choice. The RV itself was extremely clean and had all of the extra amenities we had ordered. Our contact, Joey, was extremely responsive and professional. From booking all the way through drop-off our experience was seamless. The customer service was top notch. At 9am on Saturday of the festival, Joey promptly responded to a text I sent with a question about operating the RV. Considering it was his birthday weekend and that he was also attending Stagecoach, I was extremely surprised to hear back so quickly. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future!
