  This place is incredible. We were visiting from out of state, and got to the hotel way before check in. Warren was fantastic and got us into a room right away! He gave us a tour of the whole hotel, and explained the layout of the beach and where to go! The location is incredible, and they provide everything you need to have a great time at the beach. We will be staying here the next time we are in the area!

  Hidden Gem! This is exactly what an older hotel should be - clean, refurbished, charming, and comfortable! Staff Ralph and Donna welcomed us like we were family, and made sure we knew where to find the beach stuff (towels, chairs, toys, ice) available for guests to use. The rooftop lounge is great! Tables, chairs, loungers, and unbeatable view. Ralph made sure that we knew we were welcome to take a bottle of wine up to enjoy the sunset and that our friends (residents we were there to visit) were welcome, too. We were also welcome to use the dining room when we ordered our pizza. Our friends will have their visiting family stay there. Location is terrific - one block from beautiful beach, with restaurants, park, and shopping nearby. Post-stay follow up was in the form of an email from the owner and a postcard from Donna.

  This is one of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff is just phenomenal and the experience was worth every penny. We were greeted with excitement by Raphael on a Saturday morning. He took the time to show us around the lobby area and the cafe where they serve breakfast in the morning. He showed us to the authentic old school elevator in the lobby that would take us to the 3rd floor. The hotel rents out beach towels and umbrellas to its guests at no additional cost! There is also a rooftop lounge that gives amazing views of the ocean which is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel! Oh and don’t miss out on their daily 3 PM homemade cookies provided in the lobby.
  
  I cannot stress enough how incredible this place is and I will definitely be back. Major thanks to Raphael for his outstanding customer service skills and patience!

  We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beyond perfect! The location, the staff, the breakfast was all so wonderful. It felt like a home away from home and we had such a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't say enough good things about it! Thank you for making our stay so special.

  5 stars to WARREN! He is such a lovely guy. So helpful, friendly and all around awesome. The hotel is very clean and homey. All the front desk people were kind and friendly. The housekeepers were always smiling and friendly as well. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed. There’s free breakfast every morning and a nice roof top. There’s beach towels and all the beach things you can possibly need. There’s a great selection of movies you can pick from to take up to your room and freshly made cookies every afternoon. You are literally across the street from the beach and walking distance of restaurant and shops. STAY HERE!!!! You won’t regret it.
