Home Care Assistance is a well developed, organized and equipped home health care services. My experience is tremendously excellent especially from hiring, interviewing and training. The training itself consists of a well balanced overview, study, instructions, knowledge and vast experience and huge resources on how to perform caregivers' overall duties and responsibilities. The training was proficiently presented to us by the Recruitment and Training Manager, Karen Katigbak. It was an overwhelming experience to know this detailed orientation. Ms. Karen Katigbak, thank you for your very inspiring lectures from your own experience too that made the training more valuable for all Caregivers. There are numerous Home Care agencies, I know; but, Home Care Assistance of Orange County, Ca really tops them all! Because they are professional and they know what they're doing at all times, and their nice staff, "especially, Ms. Jessica Barnsy "who treats their client's with love and compassion and have a lot of respect for their employees as well. This is like one big family that works together taking care of seniors and treating them like their own family.
