  I love Bella Derma! Dr. Michael is amazing and the office staff is friendly and professional. I have being getting my Botox here for years and would never go anywhere else.

  Dr Michael Santillanes is a miracle worker. I absolutely love his work. There is no other like him. Trust me, I know!
  
  He is great with Botox and makes you look years younger for sure. He tells you this will last 3 months however mine last usually around 6 months since it’s such a good quality Ali g with a good injector. I definitely recommend him.

  Wow Dr. Michael is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor around! He devoted time to answer all my questions and concerns. He also is very genuine and caring how he approaches his patients. I really appreciate him spending more time with me than another place I went to. Him and his staff took time answering my questions and giving me recommendations. Bella Derma Face and body Sculpting Rocks! Best customer service! Thank you Jenny for assisting me as well, appreciate all of the staff and hospitably.

  Dr. Santillanes is Informative, professional and seems more concern with how I look than trying to sell me product and procedures. He made me look 5 years younger in 30 minutes. He takes his time to explain everything. He also made it easier since he could could see me on the weekend. His staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Jenny is office manager is so sweet and easy to schedule with. Thank you everyone at Bella Derma face and body sculpting, words can't describe how grateful I am.

  There is just not another doctor out there that I trust as I do with Dr. Michael. He Is extremely well educated about his field and explains everything in detail so you always have the whole story before deciding about a procedure. He will never "sell" you anything you don't need. Most importantly, however, is his artistry. This doctor is an artist and your face is his canvas. He really does know his stuff and you never look "like you just had work done," but always natural and refreshed. His office is elegant and , Jenny, is the office manager, is lovely and utterly professional. A great office experience every time I go. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Michael. You could not be in better hands.
