  I love living in a resort! This place has everything. Beautiful units, 5 pools, off leash dog park, great gym, coffee shop, and security. Colton and Kelly in the leasing office have been so welcoming and helpful. Security and housekeeping have been wonderful too. It’s definitely a lovely place to live and I highly recommend it.

  I've been living at Villas Fashion Island since it's opening - close to three years now and it's been an unbelievably great experience. Just recently, however, I've had some issues with a Noisy Neighbor which has been quite a challenge because I work from home and I really enjoy peace of mind and a quiet place to work..
  
  So, unfortunately, I've had to reach out to the Guard House supervisor Rudolph. I have been in constant contact with him. He has been unbelievably supportive, patient, and understanding with my situation and has left me feeling reassured that the situation will be fixed I've also been in contact with Resident Services; specifically someone named Mike and Amy who have been kind enough to speak with me and empathize with my situation leaving me feeling very heard, which I really appreciate. I didn't feel like my comments were being dismissed or brushed under the rug so to say..
  
  I really appreciate all of these individuals Rudolfo, Mike, and Amy as they've taken action to fix the situation, and Mike and Amy have since reached out by phone and email letting me know that things will be fixed.
  
  This is phenomenal customer service and is what I value and appreciate living in a place like Villas Fashion Island and I find comfort and peace of mind in this.

  I do not live here...yet I only come everyonce in a while to visit one of its tenants but I got to say I am very impressed with this amazing complex and its always cordial staff. Having a small Cafè/Bistro within the premises gives them a 500% approval and ten stars on my behalf! Very well maintained. Such a great idea that no other complex in this vicinity is able to beat! ????????????????????Highly recommend it to anyone that wants to live like Royals.

  We can not say enough good things about this extraordinary community! The level of service is outstanding in every way, the general manager and his team do really care about their residents. Villas at Fashion Island is a beautiful place to live, walking distant from great shops and restaurants. It is also very pet friendly and kids friendly. Extremely clean and well maintained. They are on top of it.
  We were sad to leave our home but I can honestly say that this was one of the best living experience we ever had. The staff at the leasing office will be truly missed. Thank you Villas for making our stay so wonderful!

  This apartment complex is very high end. It has 4 pools, a café, room service, a valet, gated parking garage, and 24 hour on-site security. There is a no smoking policy and enforce it strictly. Overall, it looks like a very good place to live, as long as you can afford it.
