Great community park around a nice community. Tennis courts, play area and lovely ocean views a short walk away.
This is a cool park i have visited inlast weekly vacation.
Great park. Clean open space. Basketball court picnic tables. Very nice.
The park is private but open for public use. Tennis courts and restrooms are locked for Newport Ridge HOA members and renter residents of the community. Basketball courts a not lit. Tennis courts light shuts off around 10pm.
LEOREALTY
Great park, safe and full of cute kids and families. Beautiful and serene. The bathrooms have a combination and I don't understand why restrooms are not public unlike the rest of the park. Same could be said about the tennis courts. Is the tennis court inherently more valuable than the basketball court? These rules drive me crazy. 29th all of the sports facilities and amenities, there should come a restroom at your disposal. And yes it should be absolutely open to anyone including the homeless people (which you don't find in this upscale neighborhood), whom home-full people are so afraid of. Honey! homelessness is only contagious if you don't prevent inequality, not by preventing homeless people from access to public spaces. That is to say, this gentrification strategy only widens inequality.....
