I wish more people knew and understood what a blessing it is to have pelvic floor therapy before and after pregnancy!
After my first child I experienced pelvic floor pain for almost 2 years. I thought it was normal and something that would eventually fix itself. Guess what, it didn't and it got worse.
I decided to hire a therapist when I was 6 months pregnant with my second child. When I met Analise she was not only the sweetest, easiest person to talk to but she assured me that this was common and that I would get past this in a few short months.
During this time we worked together she was so informative and answered all my questions. She gave me exercises to do on my own and even helped me figure out the best position for my body to give birth in.
It's crazy when you can feel the difference each session and at the end I was left with no more pain and didn't even tear during birth after giving birth to an 8lb 14oz baby. We spent around 6 months together and I am so grateful for her and her time.

Pelvic floor PT is SO important. I used Whitney after the birth of my first daughter, and she helped alleviate daily pain I was experiencing and showed me exercises to keep the pain away. After the first visit, the pain completely went away and never came back!!

I also used Whitney and Crystal to help prepare my body for the birth of my second child. I had severe diastis recti during pregnancy, and Whitney worked on my belly to get the degree down. I also experienced pubic symphysis and she was very helpful on ways to alleviate that pain. Postpartum, Crystal was able to get my diastis recti even lower to a NORMAL range. I am so grateful for the gentle care, and knowledge they shared with me. I feel great postpartum thanks to them.

I was seen by both Whitney and Analise several times for granulation scar tissue from a second degree tear. After waiting months after giving birth and hoping the scar tissue would it would heal on its own, I finally gave in and made an appointment after being recommended to try pelvic floor PT by 3 different people. I had heard of pelvic floor therapy while I was pregnant, but assumed it would be painful/uncomfortable/awkward based on what I was reading so decided not to try it. So, before my appointment I was very nervous about what the the consult would entail. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful and not awkward it was. Whitney and Analise were both extremely professional and informative. It felt like just another doctor's appointment. To make it even better, they came to my house and I was able to have my baby right next to me during the appointment since I didn't have any childcare. I learned so much just from my first visit and wished that I met them during my pregnancy based on all the benefits pelvic floor PT has for pregnancy/labor! After just a few visits from them I was healed and the difference in the pain I was feeling prior to my first appointment to now is phenomenal. I figured I would just be feeling that pain for the rest of my life, so I am seriously relieved. I will definitely use them for my next pregnancy and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Wow I had no idea there was such a thing as pelvic floor therapy. I wish I had known about this with my first pregnancy. I kept seeing tiktoks about pelvic floor therapy and the issues it can address, but still wasn’t sure what it really entailed.

Both my midwife and chiropractor recommended restored physique. They offered a free zoom class so I decided to attend and see what it’s all about. Whitney was SO informative. I didn’t even realize most pelvic floor issues can be addressed.

I booked an appointment immediately after the zoom class. The best part about them is they come to your house!! Whitney has a team of women who serve different areas of OC. She booked my prenatal appointment with Analise.

Analise professional, and informative. She explained everything and always asked for consent before touching. We went over all the ways to prep my body to make birthing easier and I even learned what positions my body preferred to birth in.

Analise taught me how to do the exercises myself, as they believe in educating women to take control of their own bodies. There was no pressure to make another appointment. Analise was available via text with any questions I had and followed up a few times to see how things were going. I will definitely be making an appointment for my 6 week postpartum check up. Can’t recommend them enough!
