StretchLab

I've been going to StretchLab Newport Beach now for about 4 months. I absolutely love the professional stretching I receive...makes me feel great and I am able to move much better on the tennis courts! Kayla is my Flexologist who customizes each session to address special needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend Kayla. Additionally, the entire staff is very welcoming and helpful.

I'm very impressed with StretchLab... thought it would be just basic stretching and nothing beyond that, but the knowledge of the "Stretchologists" is really impressive - background in sports injuries, higher therapy training to solve problems - it's just not basic stretching. The facilities are very clean, and it's never felt crowded when I was there - they are definitely using 60% or less of the beds for our safety. Everyone I've worked with has been excellent, but Ikaika has been my favorite - knows what he's doing and has made me feel 100% better!
