Mike helped me out and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was disappointed with the end result of the jewelry I showed him. But, he gave me a very honest appraisal and was extremely nice about it. This is more of a high end jewelry shop and they clearly are very knowledgable. They are willing to help anyone, though. Great customer service. Nice people. I would recommend for anyone!”

The location is great on Newport Center Drive and offers very easy access to Fashion Island which is a nice outdoors mall and has a great variety of food options. The staff are very helpful and nice. The pool area is good and well maintained. The valets are great. The views on from the hotel are spectacular. Overall a very nice place to stay while in Newport Beach.”

I purchased the message in a bottle to ask my husband to marry me again and Evan made the timing absolutely perfect to find the bottle floating in the water! It was the best and we booked again for the boat parade! BTW....he said yes and we will be renewing our vows this summer in Hawaii! Thank you Evan for making our special day so memorable!”
