  Prices really went down, lots of sales, but finding my store was a challenge because I could see only one stores directory in the entire mall which could be more interactive. Only patches of tree-shaded areas but virtually no benches. Likewise, all food court venues offered takeouts but not all had outdoors seating for their customers.

  Nice. Crowded but most people are wearing masks. Stay Covid-19 free.

  Beautiful! The building is absolutely gorgeous and grand inside and out. It's 5 floors of pure shopping heaven. Sure, they don't have EVERYTHING, but even a 5 floor mall can't fit everything. They have the classic stores, some fun quirky stores, specialty, and designer. It's kept nice and clean and beautifully decorated for the season. All of the workers (minus the food court employees) are warm and helpful. The cons I found were the terrible parking situation as well as many beggars. We spent 30 minutes looking for parking, and when we found some we had to pay $16 for a few hours of use. On the beggar front - I don't mean to sound snooty, because I am glad that many people have found a warm temporary home inside of this fabulous building! However in some areas they are in groups, constantly asking for money. It's a little...not so glamorous! And after a few hours of being there, you can imagine how many times I was approached. I guess I should just expect that everywhere in San Francisco though!
