Hsu is amazing. She really talks through everything!Makes you feel comfortable and makes sure that you get her full attention and that you are comfortable with your contact lenses. Also the girls that work the desk are SO sweet. They have the sweetest voices and just exude positive energy. I lalalalove this place

I recently had to update my contact and glasses prescription and was looking for a new Doctor in my local area. The last couple of times I went to different Doctors and although my experience with them was descent, it was not great enough to go back to them the following year for my annual check up. That being said, I started looking for new Doctors in my area via Yelp. That is when I stumbled upon Private Eyes Optometry. They had amazing reviews and their photos of the office looked clean either recently remodeled or new. So I decided to book an appointment. They were able to get me in within that very same week, which I was totally surprised, especially with Covid going on. Booking the appointment was easy and they even sent me a reminder text to confirm I was still able to make the appointment-which I love~! They told me I need to wear a mask and they would be asking a series of Covid related questions as well as take my temperature upon arrival.

When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was super friendly and very professional. They did a wonderful job of taking precautions relating to Covid. They also made sure I was not in contact of any other patients.

The office was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. As they began the appointment, they were sure to sanitize before and after use of equipment. They also had equipment that was modern and new technology to the industry. I had never seen some of the equipment they used before. In fact, instead of dilating my eyes, they used a new devices that takes images of the back of the eye. Dr. Hsu shared with me in detail my images and even took the time to explain "eye health" and how our eyes can tell us so many thing that could be going on in our body. It was very informative and I felt like for the first time, she shared information I had no idea was possible. Dr. Hsu -is seriously incredible! She was super friendly, informative and professional. It was really cool to hear an Optometrist share this new technology with me!

From there, we went back to the actual exam room. This is where they have you read the letters off the projected screen on the wall. This was pretty straight forward, until Dr. Hsu started making the final adjustment on my prescription and asking if image 1 or image 2 looks more clear---This for me has ALWAYS seemed like a test that I was failing because the images looked for the most part the SAME---UNTIL NOW!!!!!! Again, the Doctor had new updated equipment where I could see a noticeable difference in image 1 or image 2 or image 3. Who knows maybe I am the only one who had felt that way at the eye doctor before, but for me after going to at least 15 different eye doctors over the 20+ years, Dr. Hsu has by far been the BEST! I was really impressed! My prescription came out perfect and I can see better and more precise, than I have in years!

I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu, Private Eyes Optometry and her staff for anyone looking for a new Optometrist! They are truly incredible!!

Everyone is very friendly and sweet! Making appointments is always easy do to their availability in conjunction to having late afternoon time slots. Dr. Dizon is thorough when examining your vision, she explains everything in simple terms, and takes the time know each patient personally. Always a pleasure going to the annual exams!

Haven’t been here in two years and wanted to get and update on my prescription as well as my outdated frames. Dr. Jitosho spent his time determining the perfect prescription for me and Jose was more than patient with my frame selection. The entire staff was welcoming and genuinely interested in my frame selection. I am so excited for my new glasses and can’t thank the entire staff enough with their helpful and welcoming presence.

Been going to Private Eyes Optometry for over 5 years! My family and I have been very satisfied with the staff and service! They are knowledgeable and very customer service friendly! I highly recommend Private Eyes Optometry!
