I bought a car through car gurus from Auto Luxury Group in Santa Ana. It was a wonderful experience. Fred was personable, engaging and super helpful. He even took my car to gas it up because I was too nervous.
I had a little hiccup with the plates and registration process. It was a little hard to contact them because they had closed the business. Fred was easy to find putting himself out there on fb.
He put me immediately in touch with, Jessica who took care of everything ! She jumped into action. She took care of the matter instantly! I offered to do it but she did not give up. She is a consummate professional going above and beyond to help me. She is the kind of person everyone would hope for in a Customer Service situation!
I will definitely go to Statewide Auto OC for all my future car buying needs solely due to the way Jessica and Fred helped me!

Excellent service, Friendly agents. We left happy and with our new car, and the best, they didn't make us wait as long as in other dealers.
