Tuffbooks 4 Less

We are a Fire Department that has been using tablets for the past 3 years to gather patient information on medical calls and in that time we have used and abused the tablets that we had. After sending them in time after time for repair and replacement we needed a solution that would stand the test of time and the atmosphere that we put these machines in.
After much research we decided to go with Panasonic Toughpads. Toughbooks 4 less was by far the cheapest vendor out there for these units(we did not need the camera feature). I worked with Ben over about 3 weeks, he was able to secure a trial unit for us to try and almost instantly our Firefighters loved the size/weight/and feel of the unit. Toughbooks 4 less was able to give us full control of the unit for the trail period and once we were done with it I drove down to Orange and handed it back to them.
They were also very helpful in the Bid process and provided us all the information we needed to submit the bid to our Finance department. Once we had our PO the units were delivered in just a matter of days.
Prior to tablets we used toughbooks and they are reliable units for the Fire and EMS service, we have no doubt that we will have the same luck with these units. And we have the reassurance from Toughbooks 4 Less that if we have any issues they are there to help, working with our front line users or our City IT department.

After doing research online I stumbled across these Panasonic Toughbooks. Even in a business environment I've found that traditional laptops are more frequently replaced then expected due to use and abuse. So, I figured I’d make the call to Toughbooks 4 Less. Spoke to Uncle Ben and fortunately he not only offered great prices but was very knowledgeable and provided excellent input on what would work best based on our surrounding and how sophisticated the programs currently in use. Found that the CF-C1 Business Semi-Rugged Toughbook with a Solid-State drive upgrade had everything we needed. I know this investment will not only enhance our productivity, but last much longer than anything we have used in the past.

Checked out a few of these vendors that sell these Panasonic Toughbooks and thankfully I found one that had a fully updated website, had all the options I was looking for and was very user friendly. I ended up just purchasing a couple units online. Units arrived fast; it was also in pristine condition. I was pretty impressed with the overall experience. I would recommend this crew if you’re looking to get one these rugged computers. Oh and they do actually guarantee the lowest prices online.
