Orange Laundromat

We lived at Forest Hills for 2.5 years and loved our time here. The management was always very kind, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance requests were taken care of so quickly - often the same day. Walls were very thick so we never heard any of our neighbors. Appliances, cabinets, carpet, and balcony were all great. Close proximity to Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, I5, Fred Meyer, and Shoreview Park was very convenient. Highly recommend this apartment!

I've stayed at this property for about a year and about to go for another year. The management and maintenance team have been a great help from the start of the application to moving in. All of my maintenance requests have been quick, easy and efficient. The communication between property manager and the community is great.

We currently live here and have had a great experience so far! We originally moved into a one bedroom but after a few months decided we wanted more room. Yulia, the property manager has been so helpful and friendly in helping us transfer and making sure we are happy and feeling comfortable in our new unit. She is alway quick to reply when we have had questions or concerns and is willing to go above and beyond. The maintenance team has also been quick and very professional.
The complex location is super conveniently located, well maintained and residents are pleasant!

Wow ! I love the new manager. She's exactly what the Forest hills apartment needed. If you change her, we gonna have to leave. 2 years ago, we moved in from Hollywood, California. We were a bit worried if we could find the best home house/appointment that will be near our kids's school. But good news we did. My kids love it here. They feel like they in California. Our first year here was okay, and second year they started to improve their maintenance. And what I like about this place is that they care about people's healthy and safety who are living in this apartment. They take every complaint serious. I mean, at least the new manager does:)) Omg she is awesome ! She always there to help us whenever we need help. She responds right away. And recently she made some few changes in just a very short time she has been here. They repainted the entrance and made the appointment look so clean, and when I walk in the energy is just good!!!! She kinda brought joy in our appointment. We were thinking of moving out to find a house but these new changes made us change our mind, and last month my husband and I signed a new lease. This is the type of manager we want. She is dope ! If she leaves we gonna have to cancel our lease:)... Because it take a good manager to enjoying living in a good apartment.

This place is awesome! My dryer broke and I showed up with wet clothes, the owners were so helpful and kind. Plenty of parking and no scary people hanging around. The place was clean!! Thank you Orange Laundromat!!!

Loved it, good parking, dollar for commercial sized washers, no scary people. Everything worked. I forgot my tide and someone gave me a tide pod.
