Yet they do their best to accommodate their customers. The front desk was so nice they welcome you and take you to the relaxation room where you can get complementary 15 min foot soak, they have warm drinks, water.
My experience the first time was not worth 165 . So i called explained what happen and the manager April was so nice she did invite me to come again I thought it will be another 50 min message but actually she took me for 25 min just asked what did we miss the first time. Again they were okay but I don’t recommend it. -

I highly recommend Shelli for the HydroFacial or a relaxing facial. She is a professional in skincare for sure! Great atmosphere would be my final comment. I will be back!

(October 1, 2022, 7:24 pm)This is the second time Jordyn has treated me and she did an absolutely wonderful job! I had a Hydrafacial with her at the Newport location and did a Revive facial at the Villa Park location. She did a thorough assessment of my skin needs, performed a relaxing service, and recommended some skin care products for me. I didn't get the receptionist's name at the front but she was wonderful getting me back to the relaxation room. Highly recommend!!

(October 26, 2018, 11:49 am)I had the best most relaxing experience at Lemon and Honey day spa. Michelle did my facial and was very professional and accommodating to my needs. This was the best facial I've ever had and I can not wait to come back for another one.
After getting that facial I learned they did spa parties for kids and teens so I booked one for my daughter and her friends (age 6). Let's just say this was a HIT! Best party ever. The girls loved putting cucumbers on their eyes, getting facials and learning about skin care. I highly recommend looking into this place if you want to have a party that's different and unique. Ask for Janelle when inquiring about the party. She helped me so much!
