This is our second and third transaction with Lluvia! It is always a great experience working with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and equipped with the tools to help you navigate the real estate world. She is all you need in the process and takes care of you the entire step of the way. My husband and I purchased our first home from her back in 2018 after he and his family had previously worked with her to purchase their home back in 2013.  When the time came to sell our current condo and purchase a bigger home we knew we wanted to work with Lluvia again. She is amazing, though she is really busy she still manages to make time for you and all the questions you may have in the process. She ensures you feel confidant and comfortable through out the process. We were so happy with the way she staged our home and facilitated the sale. She also in returned helped us get preapproved on a new loan and purchase our new home. She kept all our wants and needs in the forefront and advised us as we continued the process.
