(July 31, 2020, 7:15 pm)I have to be honest I was not expecting a lot… I just expected a routine exam… What I went in for. But what I got was extreme customer service! The technician went above and beyond, taking the time to look over my records and make an executive decision to call my provider and get more tests than what I was originally going in for. It meant I got a more thorough examination, and it really surprised me that she actually looked at My records. I’m pretty sure my doctor doesn’t even look at my records before I come in.

(July 21, 2020, 2:32 am)I had overall a wonderful experience at this facility during my testing. Checking in was fast and simple. The office is very clean. The staff is respectful and professional.
The only negative thing I can say which is not necessarily their fault because I didn’t ask is that they need to get bigger size gowns. I felt a little exposed from the back of my gown. My butt was definitely hanging out. They only gave me one size. I didn’t request for a bigger one so I am not sure if their sizes vary.
Asides from that feeling of embarrassment even though I was exposed the staff was professional and respectful about it. They got me through the exams as fast as possible.

I called and made my appointment, I received a text with instructions regarding check in and Covid-19 precautions plus a link to complete my paperwork electronically. Once I arrived, I was immediately given a gown and the procedure started. The technician was very professional with excellent bedside manner. She made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on the progress ever step of the way. Upon my departure, every staff member I encountered was polite and friendly. Great experience.

(July 9, 2020, 12:43 pm)Both the front desk and my technician were incredible. Very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Made the visit perfect. The Tech even asked me if I knew if I had previously done the test I was in the office for and I told him I didn't remember. He looked it up and let me know the year and said the front desk would print it for me at check out so I could provide to my Dr. Also, they would look at my previous test and compare it to the most recent. Great service!
