We see Donna, and I love her because she’s always curious, never condescending (I’m quite overweight), always kind, and never gives up. The whole office uses a mix of wholistic and modern medicine - they aren’t afraid of either. We have some mystery issues, and Donna is chasing down answers for us tirelessly.
We love Donna because:
- She is down to earth
- She encourages healthy behaviors, but doesn’t shame
- She is always excited to tell us about new research or scientific developments that might help us
- She really cares about us.
- She keeps herself well informed and up to date
- She listens, hears us, answers our questions, and is always present when she’s in the room with us (not distracted)
There are several other PAs as well as the doctor. We’ve seen them for little things when Donna was on vacation or whatnot. Each of them are wonderful, and the office is not a cookie cutter palace - each practitioner is encouraged to treat patients in their own style. (Bree, for example is much more holistic and less enthusiastic about medications.)
This office consistently goes out of their way to see us healthy and taken care of!
