I’ve been a driver for 13 years ,I’ve been with ODFL for under 2 yrs now. I would like to take a moment to write a few things about my terminal (Orc) Orange Ca.
Let’s start with Management,
Our terminal Manager Is a very respectable fair and success driven man ,who operates his terminal with a honest approach and with these characteristics every team member will succeed,that attitude/integrity is then passed down to dispatch,the guys in dispatch are also, honest,success driven,respectable men ,who value the team effort just as much as upper management does,terminal manager,operations manager,dock managers ,dock workers drivers,sales reps,they are all great! And we all play as one supportive team! .
In return we have some of the most satisfied drivers,office employees in our industry and our customers luv us for that! We are the team that other companies envy.
