“I took my modded 95 Mitsubishi eclipse gsx to George for a second opinion because another mechanic I was working with wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. Turned out it was just a simple problem which he fixed easily and only charged me a very reasonable fee and even went as far as giving me a few pointers as to how to build my car properly. I am definitely taking my car back to this shop in the future, and I highly recommend this shop for its honesty and quality service at reasonable rates”

“I looked at all the top Woodworking and woodie shops in California. I pretty much got the run around regarding the cost and the time it would take to restore my 1948 Ford woodie with a modern chassis. Spin and Chris at Resurrection, The woodie garage and American Automotive Woodworking were the only outfit that told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. The build came in early and about $5,000 under what they told me. They could improve with some of the updates but it got better over time. On the other hand they have about 7 or 8 men working on perhaps 30 cars at a time and they try to get something done on every build every day. The good news is they can do it all here and you don't have to drag your car all over town. I heard some put downs about them but with some research I found out that it was some of their competitors upset about all the business they are doing and the fact they are not "good old boys" who spend a lot of time yanking and not working. Not only that the quality is very very high at a lower price and that gets their panties in a bunch. Do your own research but in any case visit them and make up your own mind...I have had 10 or 11 cars built and overall this was my best experience. There wood kits are to die for at a lower price than anyone else I talked to. I would drop by and every time,even on the weekends, everyone was working hard with no standing around, eating or drinking on the job with alot of yak yak like most shops. Woodies Forever ”

And don't miss your appointment! I was a lost soul, going from hair cut chain to hair cut chain. Supercuts, great clips, fantastic Sam's, Minh Baos 10$ cut. Never found a consistent haircut I liked. It was always a gamble. More often than not leaving with some messed up do on my head. Until I found Geno. This guy is an artist. He understands shapes and cuts and proper small talk. I'll be one of his customers for the rest of my life.”
